  • Up to $295,000 - Select Zipcodes up to $500,000
  • No Flood Zones
  • No Rental Restrictions
  • No Double Yellow-Line Road
  • Non-Distressed
  • Not Bank Owned
  • No High Tension Power Lines Visable from the Property
  • Must be in Service Area
  • Must have at least 1 Carport
  • Must have at least 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths
  • No Pools

Q. How does the Guaranteed Offer process work?

A. Once you submit your home for a Guaranteed Offer, our team will verify if your home meets the program parameters. If your home meets the requirements, an offer will be extended contingent upon an inspection. Finally, you have the opportunity to close in as little as 21 days  or as long as 90 days upon accepting the offer.

Q. Can I still sell my home if it does not meet the program parameters?

A. Absolutely! If your home is submitted to our Guaranteed Offer program and does not meet the parameters or you are not happy with the offer -  we can pair you with one of our Exclusive Listing Agents to sell your home with our Premier Listing Program.
